Rate conditions
- The interested parties in renting the housing, once confirmed the reservation (reserve) are 5 days old to do the first payment of 30%. 70% Remaining was subscribing the day of entry to the housing.
- The reservation of the house will be confirmed only by means of deposit of 30% of the whole of the rent in our bank account. It is possible to cancel your reservation but the deposit it will not be returned, your deposit only will be recovered changing the date of your stay and depending on the availability.
- DOMESTIC ANIMALS ARE NOT ADMITTED OR OF COMPANY.
- Check-in: from 15h.
- Check-out: before 10h. (charged for one more day if the departure is after 10 am.)
